Escape Plan’s Sly Stallone Talks Ex3 and Rambo Vs Commando!

With our red carpet access to interview Arnold and Stallone at San Diego’s Comic Con fan-screening of Escape Plan, we got a great view of the excited fans who entertained us with their Arnold impersonations and some even dressed up as Schwarzenegger’s characters. From what I could tell, the two heroes who now walked the carpet for the press were also signing every fan photo and shaking all the hands within reach.

Breaking his way past about twelve prison guards, Stallone reached us first.
We were ready to talk to this Escape Plan star about some other cool film projects including what’s new with Expendables 3 and how about Commando vs Rambo?

TheArnoldFans: Arnold has done several film projects for you now. Do you think Arnold feels that you now owe him to be in one of his upcoming movies like Conan or Terminator or another film?

Stallone: Probably. I won’t do it though. No. No. I’m that kind of guy; no way will I pay back a favor (smirks).

TheArnoldFans:  With the next Expendables, I’ve heard that it might go sci-fi and other rumors..

Stallone: No, I thought of everything. I was throwing everything out there but I was talking about Rambo (the next one) in sci-fi. What do you think? But we finally found the right template for it and I found us some new blood. We have a great director and the best stunt coordinator in the world. I said we’re going to make this like there’s no two other Expendables and that this is the first one. And we got Mel Gibson, nic Cage, Jackie Chan and Wesley Snipes and now I have FIVE NEW guys that you have never heard of.

TheArnoldFans: Is it possible for you to do a Commando vs Rambo? The fans would love to see that film.

Stallone: You mean together? Me and him? Do you think he would do it? You know that’s not a bad idea. Hmm, Commando and Rambo, why not. They’re almost the same guy.

Stallone also revealed he’s going to China soon and will be meeting with Jackie Chan, He said they’re talking about doing a film together and working on a script. Like Arnold, Sly is BACK! Speaking of Arnold, he’s up next and yes, we ask him the same Commando Vs Rambo question.
