It was an exciting and sunny day on January 19th at the Arnold Pro Strongman USA event right on the Santa Monica Pier. It was a fantastic opportunity for fans to come out and see amazing powerlifters, bodybuilders and Arnold Schwarzenegger and best of all, the money raised for the event went to California Firefighters!

I had an exhausting but thrilling time at this year's Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, OH! "Festival" really does fit the idea of what this weekend has become, as there are more events and things to see than one is physically capable of over the 3+ days. The "Classic" part of it, or the Bodybuilding Finals, while still the main event on Saturday night to a sold out audience, is no longer the main reason most people come to Columbus.

Sunday, the last day of The Arnold Sports Festival, has always been our most anticipated and favorite day. This year was no exception. The Arnold training seminar titled "Champions & Legends Sunday Morning Showcase" is packed full of sleepy but dedicated Arnold fans.
