Space Goat Productions will be partnering with StudioCanal, Oak Productions and Creative Licensing to create The Terminator™: The Official Board Game which is currently in production with a full Kickstarter crowd funding campaign set to launch in February 2017. Space Goat Productions has acquired the rights to the Terminator Board Game and has exclusively revealed to TheArnoldFans that Arnold's likeness will be back!
 
"Yes, there will totally be Arnold figures! We're actually planning on multiple Arnold figures, including battle-damaged Arnold, Arnold on the motorcycle, etc. We're working closely with Arnold's team to get everything with his likeness approved and looking just like the man himself."
 
 
The Terminator™: The Official Board Game is an asymmetrical strategy game that pits multiple players in the various ranks of the human resistance as they struggle against the impossible task of defeating the player who controls the machines including Hunter Killer flying machines, Terminator endoskeletons and even new robots based on the classic 80s aesthetic during a huge battle fought across multiple timelines as one board is set in 1984 and the other is set in 2029.
 
President of Space Goat Productions and comic book veteran, Shon Bury revealed, "We're bringing 1984 back. The only movie we care about is the original. We love retro. We want to explore the beginning. Which is why for this game, we're focusing on what hardcore Terminator fans love about the original movie."
 
William Wisher, an original screenwriter from the 1984 Terminator film has been brought in as a story consultant as he proclaimed, "I'm very excited to be consulting with the creative team at Space Goat to bring The Terminator™ Board Game to life! I've missed my old friends Sarah Connor, Kyle Reese, and the T-800. It will be fun to spend time with them again!"
  

The designer behind the Evil Dead 2 Board Game, Taylor Smith enthusiastically proclaimed, "At its robotic heart, The Terminator™ is a raw and intense chase scene. Combine that with a reactive time travel mechanic and you get a super fun mash-up of action and strategy."

The Terminator Board Game is in good hands given the fact that when Space Goat Productions launched a Kickstarter hoping for $70,000 to fund their Evil Dead 2 Board Game; they actually received over ten times the amount for a total of $722,622 and support from 6,143 backers and is currently available for pre-order.
