An After-School All-Stars representative just confirmed to TheArnoldFans that international fans are not only eligible to enter, their travel will be covered too! 

"Flight, hotel would absolutely be covered (for international fans too) and they would also be given a stipend to cover a portion of ground transportation costs," says the After-School All-Stars representative.
