Our Top 10 Ways to increase Escape Plan's Box Office!

The time has come, Arnold's army! Though we've gotten two sample size servings of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone side-by-side in the Expendables films, our big screen dream is out in theaters next week! On Friday, October 18th (with possible midnight screenings if you check you local theater), ESCAPE PLAN is finally out in the USA! In order to support this film, Arnold and everyone else who worked on it, here is our top ten list of ways to help get ESCAPE PLAN to the top of the Box Office:

10) Distance yourself from competing films for roughly two weeks. Keep the box office focused on Escape Plan. If someone you know prefers to see another movie, make a deal that you will see their movie if they go with you to see Escape Plan first.  

9) Buy a full-priced evening ticket to see Escape Plan. Why stop there? Buy another one and see this film multiple times.

8) If you can't go with anyone, there is NO shame in seeing a movie alone. Just be sure to buy a ticket and see the film on opening weekend.

7) If you got to go to a free screening of "Escape Plan" and you enjoyed it (who wouldn't?!) go pay for a ticket and see it again! Not contributing money towards this film, even if you see a matinee showing, is NOT supporting the film.

6) Arrange a large group of friends or family to go see the movie together via Facebook, or over text messages, or smoke signals. You can even check out local restaurants near the theater to see if they have a Dinner & a Movie package, so you all can make a night of it!

5) If you use twitter and facebook, post and tweet daily all the way through this final week about your excitement for the film. Rally the troops. In fact, it's a crime to not forward this very TOP TEN article onto your friends and social network sites. Share and spread the word!

3) Before, and after the film, be sure to spread your excitement about seeing it to official Twitter accounts associated with the film: @SummitEnt @EscapePlanMovie @TheSlyStallone @Schwarzenegger

2) If planning to see the film multiple times (again, who wouldn't?!), go see it once the opening weekend, then the second time on the second week of the film's release. The first two weeks are crucial to Box Office numbers.
