TAFs Got to "Hangout" with Arnold & Talk Movies!
On Friday afternoon, the author of "Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story" told TheArnoldFans about his new haircut, his busy movie schedule, getting old with Stallone and talked more about his next film, "The Breacher"! Seven lucky Arnold fans, who could all be seen by the "International Stud" himself, were invited to participate in asking the ballsy author a question in a Google+ hangout!
I was happy to see Arnold dressed casual and hope he dresses down more often than from his usual Governor suits. He appeared more relaxed today. Wearing his tank watch, mighty skull ring and pre-war John Matrix attire, it was obvious that he was ready for a good time. What you didn't get to see was a quick introduction at the beginning where the Google+ host introduced us one at a time. Schwarzenegger gave a knowing smile and nod when I came on and even gave a little laugh when I turned around and pretended to kiss my Terminator 2 bust by Sideshow Collectibles.
TheArnoldFans: Hi Arnold, how's it going?
Schwarzenegger: Terrific, Randy!
TheArnoldFans: First of all, I love the new "Commando" haircut.
Schwarzenegger: "Thank you, it's for the movie "The Breacher" which starts at the end of October now. October 20th. The movie is kind of a police drama and we're going to shoot that in Atlanta and so i'm getting ready for that. I'm doing a lot of training: combat training, weapons training, weight training and martial arts training."
Even though the action hero is training hard, he still admits it's harder these days to recover from falls and injuries than it was back when he was younger.
Schwarzenegger: "It's tougher now. I think the body does not recuperate as fast. You end up being sore more often after fight scenes and you have the tendency of getting more injuries. I remember the last movie that I did with Stallone (The Tomb), and he came to me and he said, 'I just pulled my calve! I hate that! I pulled my calve, my right calve.' He said, 'be careful when you do this running scene and this climbing scene tomorrow.' He said, 'warm up!' So of course the next day, I warm up and I pull my calve warming up! We're like two idiots! We're like, look at us with these cortisone shots! That's just one of those things that happens when you get to this age that did not happen at the age of 20. But, you know something, that's why they always say, it takes balls to get old."
TheArnoldFans: I gotta say, the fans love your voice so thank you for reading two chapters on this new audio CD of the book. I will definitely be picking that up. I do have a question from the fans from TheArnoldFans.com: Have you ever thought about utilizing the
world's most recognized voice for other projects including commercials, a CG character in "The Avengers 2" or new animated projects?
Schwarzenegger: "Well, that's a very good idea. Well, I'm ready. (Laughs) As if i'm already not busy enough. With all these things that i'm doing, I mean it's amazing, around 19 months ago, I just finished with my job (as Governor), and since then i've done four movies."

There have been recent rumors saying Schwarzenegger might be tapped to voice Thanos, the lead villain in the Avengers sequel.
"He has Thanos’ voice. He (Schwarzenegger) has this real gravelly voice and he would probably work well," says Thanos creator, Jim Starlin.
Arnold did not confirm anything at this time if he has been in talks with Joss Whedon or the studio heads, but hopefully we're reminding The Oak that the fans want him in the Avengers 2 and other great vocal opportunities. Do it, Arnold!
Since I brought up the "Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story" audio CD, I better give you the link found HERE! Buy it now and hear Arnold read two chapters later! We'll be back with MANY more Total Recall book stories and tales of high adventure!
