Congratulations Joseph! Arnold’s pumped-up realtor son is celebrating by selling his first home. The 24-yer-old, who many consider the near spitting-image of a younger Schwarzenegger, announced in an Instagram post that he recently sold his first home after becoming a real estate agent only last year. "SOLD!!!" Baena wrote along with an picture of himself standing beside a real estate sign. "Congratulations to my clients for trusting myself and @aria_properties to sell their beautiful Santa Monica Property!🍾🎉🎊.” He continued, "Super excited to start a new career in residential real estate. Looking forward to growing and learning from my amazing team @aria_properties , but more so looking forward to putting you guys in a new home!”

In other news, and less exciting, Arnold’s 1996 action movie Eraser just got a reboot! You can watch the all new Eraser Reborn trailer but it’s sadly uninspiring as it appears to be a big rehash of the original film with few new ideas. Many of these scenes are exact rip-offs of Arnold’s own film. The good news, however, is that this film will not be shown in theaters as it’s only coming to digital and blu-ray. I don’t think it will gain much of an audience so expect this unwanted film to soon be erased!
