We are back again, Arnold fans, with another Schwarzenegger news roundup! There's been so much Conan news lately but now that we are all caught up, let's take a look at some other Arnold stories that you may have missed! First, some Terminator Genisys news! For fans attending the Arnold Classic in Rio, you might be all pumped up to preview 20 solid minutes of the new Terminator film with Arnold giving an introduction speech!

The Omelette, in partnership with Paramount Pictures, will promote the CCXP Terminator experience on June 1st. The special event will show 20 minutes of Terminator Genesis in Rio de Janeiro and will be attended by Arnold Schwarzenegger. The CCXP Terminator Experience will be exclusive to guests but only 35 pairs of invitations were offered by Omelette, which sold out in less than 3 minutes! If you attend the event, be sure to write us and tell us how it was and share your great photos!

In other news, the After-School All-Stars held their 3rd Annual Westime Charity Evening
on Saturday April 25th 2015,! The event was hosted by Arnold Schwarzenegger, John Simonian, and Annie Duke. Together the ASAS and supporters raised over $1MM to support the after school programs! In attendance that night were generous sponsors and celebrity guests such as Joe Manganiello from the film Sabotage and Don Cheadle from Iron Man 2!

This is the third year that ASAS has partnered with Westime. ASAS CEO Ben Paul said  "Through this one event, we ensured that our kids will have a safe place every single day to go to when the bell rings at 3pm. Instead of ending up on the street, these kids have world-class programs where they learn to be successful in school and in life.”

ASAS Generous Sponsors include: Anto of Beverly Hills, Audemars Piguet, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Beats by Dre, Bucco di Beppo, Bulgari, Chicago Bulls, Clase Azul Tequila, Daniel Marshall, De Bethune, Devon, Dottling, Flash Tattoo, Flowers in Beverly Hills, Franck Muller, Glashutte Original, Harry Winston, Hasselblad, Hublot, HYT, Inspirato, Kolikof Caviar, Lovo Cigars, Longines, Louis XIII, Mammoth Mountain, Main Street Plaza Valet, MB&F, Melissa’s, Movado, Muscle and Fitness, Omega, Piper-Heidsieck, Richard Mille, Robb Report, Roland Iten, SoulCycle, Sprinkles Cupcakes, Tag Heuer, The Macallan, United Airlines, Ulysse Narkin, Visconti, Westime, Zenith.

Up next, Indiewire caught up with Arnold in New York City for the "Maggie" premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival! In the article he speaks about his decision to make a smaller budgeted indie film, and how he predicted the globalization of the film industry decades ago! But the most exciting part to us is learning that Arnold has been in talks with some big name directors!

Arnold: "I just met Darren Aronofsky while I was in China. He and I talked about whether we could do something together. He's a director who's very talented that I'd love to work with and we may find something. Steven Spielberg and I have talked many times about doing something together. It hasn't happened yet but that doesn't mean it won't. So there are a lot of really creative directors out there. But I also like to go back to the ones I've worked with in the past. I'd love to do another film with Jim Cameron, John McTiernan, Paul Verhoeven, those guys. They've been so good and if you give them with the right project and support them as an actor-producer, if you protect them, they can do extraordinary work. It's just that the way Hollywood works, the new broom sweeps well. It's always about the new guy on the block. The old guys are always being forgotten."
There you have it, Arnold fans! Would you want Arnold to work with these top notch directors in the future? Let us know in the comments below and check out the full Indiewire interview for even more Arnold insights!
