If he can take up the reins of the mighty Son of Odin, then Schwarzenegger fans may take comfort that director Alan Taylor is believed to be the next "Terminator" director. Arnold will be involved in T5 as he personally told TheArnoldFans.com that he would be back as the Terminator cyborg. The Oak told us this only several weeks ago (http://www.thearnoldfans.com/news/2013/7/20/escape-plans-schwarzenegger-talks-t5-and-rambo-vs-conan.html) so now the franchise may be another step closer to being continued if this director news is true. The movie, while still unofficially without a director despite misleading headlines by some publications implying he HAS been hired, is slated for a June 2015 release. In addition to Thor 2: The Dark World, Alan Taylor has also directed at least six episodes of Game of Thrones and several episodes of Sopranos, Mad Men, Deadwood, and Six Feet Under. Sure, Taylor has done mostly television but by the looks of his resume, he’s done some of the very best dramas. This potential director for T5 has a lot riding on Thor 2. If it bombs, the studio will take away this job but chances are it will make big bucks. Alan Taylor has worked with a lot of A-list celebrities so let’s see if he works well with Arnold and a legion of endoskeletons.
